Expected results

The project contributes to the resource efficiency of European industry and helps to implement
the circular economy by converting the by-product of steelmakers into the raw material of other industries. The powder metallurgy sector and other industries will benefit from the new, low-cost and climate-friendly processing route to produce fine spherical iron powder. With falling prices, larger components can also be produced with this new technology. In addition, Green Power technology enables manufacturers of FSIP to generate additional revenue streams while reducing the company's carbon footprint. This project will create many jobs in traditional and emerging industries in Europe.
